No, you can book directly with us. We accept self-referrals and can also work alongside your GP's recommendations.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated. For lower limb issues, shorts are ideal. We can provide gowns if needed.
Initial consultations are 30 minutes and include a full assessment and first treatment. Follow-up sessions are also 30 minutes, focused on treatment and progression.
Yes, we offer face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations to suit your needs and preferences.
Treatment
This depends on your condition. Most patients see significant improvement within 4-6 sessions. Your physiotherapist will discuss a treatment plan at your first appointment.
Some treatments may cause mild discomfort, but your physiotherapist will always work within your pain tolerance. The goal is to reduce your pain, not increase it.

Initial consultations are £50 (30 mins) and follow-up therapy sessions are £60 (30 mins). We also offer a package of 10 sessions for £550.
