1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.
2. Treatment
All treatment is provided by HCPC registered physiotherapists. Treatment plans are based on clinical assessment and are tailored to individual needs. Consent is obtained before all treatments.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of appointment unless covered by insurance. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Insurance patients should verify coverage before their appointment.
4. Liability
Faith Physiotherapy carries full professional indemnity insurance. We are committed to providing safe, effective treatment in accordance with CSP and HCPC guidelines.
5. Complaints
If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact us directly. We have a formal complaints procedure and aim to resolve all issues promptly.
